A Life Altering Experience

As a Camden city student, it often seems impossible to detangle my hopes and dreams from the web of a narrative of failure. Having the gates of opportunity open to me to go to California has given me hope and made me optimistic about becoming an Engineer. This conference has provided me with foundational support, dynamic learning experiences, and a unique perspective that will serve as a testament to the student leader that I am today, and the young professional I hope to become in the future. I would like to use opportunity to further my education the STEM field and change the perception of Camden city students, while sharing my unique perspective.
